Absence Prevention and Accommodation Services (APAS) – New
- Helps manage disability costs by preventing disability for at-risk employees
- Provides assessments, recommendations and coordination with group benefits
- Supports employees facing health challenges
Note that Absence Prevention Accommodation Services is available to groups with 50 or more plan members.

- Personalized coaching through the Health PACT service
Renewed partnership
Through our ongoing partnership with HALEO, plan members have access to virtual cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).
- New component added to address cancer-related sleep issues
- Helps support recovery, boost energy and improve overall well-being
Note that HALEO's services are offered on a referral basis and that fees apply.
