To provide more comprehensive support, we expanded the offer we launched in 2024. It now goes beyond coverage for eating disorders and includes new tools and services designed to make mental health care more accessible and personalized.
- Coverage for eating disorders
- Revamped Health is Cool 360º platform
- Access to second medical opinions on mental health for groups with long-term disability benefit holding the second medical opinion in their coverage
- Health PACT service for personalized support with the help of a Health PACT coach
- Coverage for counselling therapists for groups with 50 or more plan members
Strengthened partnerships
Collaboration is key to providing optimal support. In 2025, we reinforced our partnerships with leading organizations to empower plan members to stay healthy and help employers foster inclusive workplaces. As part of our efforts, we:
- Sponsored the Minds@Work project with the Douglas Institute to help employees remain at work and provide recommendations for employers
- Supported the Douglas Foundation’s Builders of Hope event, featuring a keynote by Nathalie Larue, Executive Vice-President, Personal Services and Community Life
- Renewed our partnership with EHN Canada, offering:
○ A 15% discount on inpatient and outpatient services
○ Potential reimbursement under group insurance plans
