Nathalie Rivest
As the head of drug insurance strategy at Desjardins Insurance, Nathalie defines the strategic vision, sets key priorities, and mobilizes the team around initiatives that promote optimal drug use and sustainable plans. Forward-thinking and committed, she puts the health and well-being of insureds at the centre of her decisions.
Neda Nasseri
Neda has been a Drug Insurance Product Director at Desjardins Insurance since 2020, helping to improve access to quality care while ensuring plan profitability. A respected pharmacist and leader, she stands out for her focus on health equity, client satisfaction and effective communication.
Ramy Fahmy-Demian
Since 2022, Ramy has held the position of Product Director at Desjardins Insurance, where he manages relationships with pharmacies, regulatory and government affairs, and technology projects.
Julie Blouin
Julie has been a Drug Insurance Product Director with Desjardins Insurance since 2025. She contributes to drug reviews and the implementation of cost-control measures while managing partnerships with the pharmaceutical industry. She helps shape strategies that encourage the adoption of biosimilars.
Justine Côté
Justine joined Desjardins Insurance as a Senior Advisor, Clinical Review, in 2025. She assesses new drugs and their indications, applies optimal use guidelines, fosters clinical relationships with pharmaceutical partners, supports internal initiatives, and contributes to the annual review of the Prior Authorization Drug program to ensure quality and efficiency.
