On Target Retirement® is a smart, simple, streamlined tool that provides support and recommendations based on the profile of plan members, allowing them to set goals for the future, track them and make adjustments as needed. By simulating various scenarios, plan members can immediately see how increasing their contribution amount, changing their expected retirement age or adding more savings could affect their retirement goal.
The average annual contribution of plan members who use On Target Retirement is $6,644, compared to $2,991 for plan members who don’t use it.1
