It’s the start of a new year and before we put 2025 behind us, we’d like to reflect on our accomplishments and the progress we made last year. We’re very proud of the meaningful solutions we delivered to our clients and plan members. Our commitment to transformation meant improving our technology to simplify how we work and provide a better experience for everyone we serve.

From streamlining claims through advanced digital tools to empowering plan members with self-service capabilities, our focus was on making everyday tasks easier and more accessible. Beyond technology, we introduced innovative products that support critical health and wellness needs, such as cancer care, family planning and mental health support. We believe that comprehensive benefits make a difference in people’s lives and it’s our responsibility to develop and find new solutions.
