Health PACT coaching
The Health PACT program offers personalized guidance by phone to help employees address health concerns on their mind and to make them feel supported in their next steps. A registered nurse coach will help them identify possible solutions and support them in efforts to improve their health and manage symptoms resulting from different conditions. A Health PACT coach will analyze the situation and work with the employee to set realistic goals to improve their health.
